Who is the Man of Psalm 1:1?
At first glance the man of Psalm 1 seems like nothing more than a prescription for the saints to walk in righteousness throughout their lives. However, when we take a closer look, we discover some remarkable treasure in this Psalm that far surpasses a general exhortation of “don’t be bad…be good…or else!.”
In this video I explain the following:
- The primary thrust of Psalm 1 concerns a specific Man.
- This individual is described with Joseph and Joshua-like characteristics.
- These characteristics include a Man destined for sacrifice and supremacy, as prophesied by Jacob and Moses.
